Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years in healthcare admin, quality intelligence, or quality improvement.
• Experience with HEDIS/NCQA programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement methodologies.
• Analytical skills and statistical methods for healthcare data.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and visual materials.

• Develop enterprise-wide quality measures and reporting.
