Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, quality, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare administration, project management, or quality intelligence experience.
• Experience with HEDIS, NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement.
• Proficiency with statistical techniques and data interpretation.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality measures, definitions, and goals.
• Monitor external quality programs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and data infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and validation across systems.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable improvement strategies.
