Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence or related field.
- Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality measures and performance improvement.
- Proficiency in project management and coordinating complex initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide quality measures and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead development of enterprise reports, dashboards, and data tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and data governance across reports.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to translate analytics into action.
