Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, quality management, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence, or related area.
- Knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA payer programs is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement.
Responsibilities
- Develop quality measurement strategies and enterprise-wide measures.
- Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and data feeds.
- Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with stakeholders to drive improvements.
