Golden Valley Health Centers in Atwater, CA seeks a Quality Improvement Specialist to support the organization's quality improvement plan through targeted projects and performance activities. The position is based at Atwater Administration, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and on-site work.

Responsibilities include collaborating with QI staff and health plans, data entry and analysis, generating QI data, preparing reports, and training staff on quality and safety activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and immunization registry.
• 2 years healthcare quality improvement experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports implementation of quality improvement projects.
• Coordinates activities for incentive deliverables.
• Collaborates with QI staff to enhance patient care.
• Generates and analyzes QI data.
• Prepares reports for the QI team.
