NEW Health in Chewelah, WA is seeking a Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist to support the QI Manager in implementing and managing quality initiatives across the organization. You will collect and analyze quality metrics, assist with projects, and help promote continuous improvement in care delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years of healthcare QA experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong data analysis and communication skills.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Improvement within a healthcare setting (required).

Responsabilidades

• Collect data, analyze, and provide reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist the QI Manager with designing, implementing, and evaluating quality improvement projects.
• Monitor progress of quality initiatives and provide regular updates to the QI Manager.
• Participate in audits to prepare documentation and ensure compliance.
• Support policy/procedure development to align with best practices.
• Conduct staff training to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
