Under the Director of Quality, you will focus on continuous improvement and licensure readiness, serving as a liaison across departments for improvement initiatives.

Requirements include a BSN (preferred), 5 years of acute care clinical experience with managerial exposure, and NJ RN licensure (CPHQ preferred).

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 5 years acute care clinical experience; previous managerial experience; infection control/risk/quality management experience.
• New Jersey RN License; CPHQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, implement and monitor the Quality Program and performance improvement activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary performance improvement initiatives and ensure licensure readiness.
• Oversee quality and regulatory initiatives at department and unit levels with compliance oversight.
