Qualifications

• NPSF CPPS certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead teams around quality and safety initiatives.
• Identify improvement priorities based on evidence and regulatory requirements.
• Bring safety events to local safety huddle and promote transparency.
• Develop data driven strategies to support team success.
• Utilize the Quality Scorecard to drive improvements.
• Provide expert leadership in patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Coach and mentor staff in quality and safety strategies.
• Create progress reports with driver diagrams and PDSA documentation.
• Develop metrics to demonstrate safety and quality improvements.
• Present improvement methods and results at forums.
