Job summary

The Molina Healthcare Internship Program offers a 10-week, full-time experience designed to develop future leaders in healthcare. Interns tackle meaningful Quality Improvement projects and gain insight into how care is provided, paid for, and managed in Medicaid environments.

As an intern in QI, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply data analytics, and learn the IHI Model for quality improvement while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; freshman or sophomore, GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Able to commit to full-time, 10-week internship.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support QI analytics and decision making.
• Assist with IHI model training and projects.
• Collaborate with QI teams on member and provider initiatives.
• Conduct internet research and data collection.
• Demonstrate strong communication and confidentiality.
