Responsibilities

• Learn how healthcare quality impacts Medicaid customers in Kentucky.
• Study Population Health Management and Health Equity concepts.
• Apply IHI Plan-Do-Study-Act model to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with QI Provider Engagement, QI analytics teams and leadership.
• Evaluate effectiveness of member and provider quality interventions.
• Support Health Equity analytics and decision making.
