The Molina Healthcare Internship Program is designed to develop talent by providing experiential learning and meaningful work in the healthcare business field. Interns complete special projects, gain industry insight, and interact with healthcare professionals and community leaders.

Interns collaborate with professionals to perform research, track projects, and review state reports while protecting confidential information in HIPAA environments.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Freshman or sophomore status preferred for internship eligibility.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Admin/Health Policy/Project Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, conduct and respond to research requests on government healthcare programs.
• Work on special projects including coordination and tracking of initiatives and reports.
• Review information from government contracting agencies and disseminate to Plan staff.
• Attend meetings on Molina government programs and document relevant information.
