Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes. You will design, implement, and maintain health information systems, perform analyses, and support regulatory reporting for quality measures.

You will lead dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), data models and statistical methods to enable insights for NCQA, HEDIS and Medicare Stars initiatives, collaborating with clinical, operations and quality leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and interpreting data.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus Tableau, SQL or PowerBI.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; Associate's degree is required.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare environment including HEDIS/NCQA is a plus.

• Leads management of quality data, regulatory reporting, and analytics to enable actionable insights.
• Designs dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) for diverse audiences.
