Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes. You will design, implement, and maintain health information systems, analyse quality data, and apply statistics to drive performance in quality initiatives.

You will build dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, develop data models, and support NCQA/HEDIS reporting while collaborating with clinical, operations and quality leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and interpreting data.
• 3+ years in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) plus Tableau/PowerBI/SQL for dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Leads quality data management and analytics to enable actionable insights.
• Designs dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) for diverse audiences.
• Defines data models and statistical methods for reliable analysis.
• Supports regulatory reporting and NCQA/HEDIS initiatives.
