Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and analytics to improve health outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance. You will design, implement and maintain health information systems, and support HEDIS, NCQA and Medicare Stars initiatives.

The role involves developing dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), modeling data, and translating insights into actionable improvements across the Quality function, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• 3+ years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL or PowerBI (or similar dashboarding software).
• Bachelor's degree or higher; Associate's degree listed as minimum.

Responsibilities

• Leads the management of quality data, regulatory reporting, and analytics functions to enable internal teams to draw meaningful, actionable conclusions.
• Designs and develops dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to effectively communicate insights to a range of audiences.
• Defines and implements data models, statistical methodologies and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate, reliable data analysis.
• Translates analytical findings into clear business insights, informing decision-making and driving performance improvement across the Quality function.
• Performs analyses to support NCQA, HEDIS, Medicare Stars and other quality performance metrics; evaluates intervention impact and ROI.
• Partners with clinical, operations and quality leadership to inform measure-level strategy and optimization.
• Provides analytical support for regulatory reporting (e.g., PIPs).
