Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis.
• 3+ years in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and/or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality data management, regulatory reporting, and analytics for internal teams.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) for diverse audiences.
• Define data models, statistics methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
• Translate analytical findings into business insights for performance improvement.
• Support regulatory reporting including PIPs and NCQA/HEDIS measures.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and quality leadership on measure strategy.
• Analyze intervention effectiveness and ROI to improve measures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
