Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and health information systems to improve outcomes. You will design analytics, build dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, and support regulatory reporting and HEDIS initiatives.

You will collaborate with clinical, operations and quality leaders, translating insights for executives and contributing to NCQA/Medicare Stars performance. A degree and 3+ years of analytics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with statistical analysis.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau, SQL and/or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

Leads management of quality data, regulatory reporting, and analytics to enable actionable conclusions.
Designs dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
Defines data models, statistical methodologies and reporting frameworks for accurate, reliable analysis.
Translates analytical findings into clear business insights to drive performance improvements.
Performs analyses to support NCQA, HEDIS, Medicare Stars and other quality metrics.
Supports regulatory reporting (e.g., PIPs) and measures performance evaluations.
