Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and technology to enhance health outcomes. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining health information systems and performing statistical analyses to drive improvements in quality measurement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), modelling data, and supporting regulatory reporting for NCQA, HEDIS, and Medicare Stars.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau, SQL and/or PowerBI (or similar dashboarding software).

Responsibilities

• Leads quality data management, regulatory reporting, and analytics to support internal teams.
• Designs and develops dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for diverse audiences.
• Defines data models, methodologies and reporting frameworks for accurate analysis.
• Translates analytical findings into actionable business insights to improve performance.
• Supports NCQA, HEDIS, and Medicare Stars metrics through analyses.
• Collaborates with clinical, operations and quality leadership to prioritise interventions.
• Provides analytical support for regulatory reporting (e.g., PIPs).
• Performs other duties as needed.
