Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; years of related experience may substitute.
• 4+ years in purchasing, AP, and warehouse with Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 2 years in leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily purchasing of goods, services and equipment.
• Lead purchasing team to negotiate fair prices and vendor selection.
• Ensure data in MMIS is accurate and supports decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoices.
• Lead bids and use GPO resources for best value.
• Maintain compliance with vendor contracts and renewals.
• Support budget development and departmental projects.
