Job summary

Prominence Health is seeking a Contract Support Analyst to administer provider agreements and ensure compliance with terms. You will interpret fee schedules and contracts to support claim-related resolutions and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve disputes.

The role requires healthcare contracting experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare such as medical claims, contracting and/or Provider Relations.
• Knowledge of fee schedules and provider contracts.
• Experience auditing contracts and system maintenance during renewals.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement provider agreements to ensure compliance with terms.
• Analyze fee schedules and contracts to assist with contract resolution related to claims.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve contract/claim disputes.
• Audit contract builds and maintain systems as agreements renew.
