Job summary

Prominence Health, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Contract Support Analyst to administer provider agreements and ensure compliance with terms. You will analyze fee schedules and contracts to aid in claim payments and system setup, serving as the Contracting Department’s contact for contract/claim resolutions.

Work with multiple departments to resolve disputes, audit contract builds, and maintain accurate provider data in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in healthcare contracting, claims or provider relations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement provider agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Serve as the Contracting Department point of contact and support contract resolution related to claims.
• Analyze and interpret fee schedules and provider contracts for system setup and disputes.
• Audit contract builds and maintain provider data as agreements renew or are executed.
