Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead capital projects in Palm Beach County within our PM/CM team. The role focuses on representing the owner across design, construction, and commissioning phases for healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-life science facilities.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications, guiding design professionals and contractors to deliver state-of-the-art facilities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, laboratory, or related construction.
• Experience managing minimum of $10 million projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise design professionals and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and set goals; develop policies and mentor team members.
• Drive cross-functional healthcare projects with high resource demands and complexity.
• Monitor design and construction to ensure adherence to contracts and quality standards.
• Forecast budgets, cash flow, cost estimates, PO changes and invoices; manage risks.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors; resolve conflicts.
