The role emphasizes leadership, team training, HIPAA compliance, and performance monitoring, with potential travel and responsibilities across revenue and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in healthcare provider, payer, professional business services or outsourcing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct interviews of potential new hires and present recommendations.
• Train and mentor new Team Members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Complete monthly reviews of patient accounts and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Ensure Team Members comply with HIPAA and client standards.
• Monitor productivity and communicate performance issues to Operations Manager.
