Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Hospital Project Supervisor, PFS to oversee daily project operations and manage project staff. The role extends the client’s business office, ensuring operational goals, staff training, and adherence to HIPAA standards.

Some travel is possible, with relocation to San Antonio encouraged after training. You will work 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CT, with no remote work initially; hybrid options may be available after training.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an AA with 7 years of experience.
• Healthcare provider/insurance outsourcing experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one or more projects and manage project staff onsite when applicable.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance by team members and client requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Conduct monthly account reviews and oversee client project reports.
• Lead weekly team meetings and monitor productivity against goals.
• Complete and approve monthly client invoices for accuracy.
