CVS Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client implementations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet expectations. You will lead planning, define deliverables, manage risks, and drive process improvements while maintaining budgets.

A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with stakeholders.
• Create project plans, assign tasks, and set milestones.
• Develop change management plans to minimize resistance.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, with contingency plans.
• Deliver progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
