Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare operations and project delivery experience.
• Experience supporting value-based care and managed care programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across CIN and Gateway Medical Management.
• Develop plans, timelines, trackers and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide operational support for utilization, case, chronic care management and preauthorization.
• Prepare for audits and maintain documentation; drive standardized workflows.
