• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or project management.
• Experience supporting value-based care or population health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across Blue Ridge CIN and Gateway Medical Management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, trackers, and action items with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Support provider roster management and utilization management workflows.
• Prepare reporting, analytics, and documentation for leadership and payers.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities as needed.
• Support technology platforms used by CIN and Management programs and identify automation opportunities.
