Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across departments within our integrated care organization.

You will manage scope, schedule, and resources, report progress to the PMO, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to advance population health outcomes. The role requires PMP and healthcare experience; we offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of program development and implementation experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading projects across healthcare departments.
• Proficient with LMS, EHR, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage at all levels.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and 4+ years driving experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of health information.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and leadership to drive key organization initiatives across departments.
• Liaise with internal departments to secure resources and align goals.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to support evidenced-based, outcome-focused care.
• Prepare status reports on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Lead planning, implementation, and sustainability of projects.
• Ensure cost management and capture lessons learned for future projects.
