Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, project management, business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets; align with organizational goals.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders with clear communication and timely updates.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and administrative teams for successful implementation.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
