Job summary

Terros Health, a healthcare organization in Arizona, seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead large initiatives across departments within our integrated care delivery system.

You will coordinate scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, manage risks, and report milestones to the PMO. Suitable candidates have 3+ years in PM, PMP preferred, and strong communication, confidentiality, and collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in project management.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in program development and implementation.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and knowledge of project management best practices.
  • Must have the ability to establish good professional working relationships.
  • Comfortable with technology including Learning Management Systems, EHR, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work well and tactfully with individuals and groups.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of patient, employee and Terros Health information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the health care field, including integrated behavioral health and primary care.
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
  • Must successfully pass a TB screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Guide teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more departments.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and financials that adhere to quality control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
  • Identify and manage issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
  • Prepare status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and sustainability of projects.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to collect and synthesize ideas and create tools and techniques.
  • Liaise with internal departments to evaluate resources necessary to execute goals.

Act as the liaison between teams to assist them in securing essential resources which may be required. Identify any challenges and present solutions or entities to assist in securing resources and track accordinglyPartner with key clinical and administrative leadership to develop systems and practices which support evidence-based, client-centered outcome focused care.Prepare status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership when required.Lead the planning, implementation, and sustainability of projects.Planning - Shall include aligning key contributors, building rapport and establishing relationships with sponsors.
