Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and execute key initiatives across our healthcare operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop plans and budgets, and ensure timely updates to senior leadership.

The role requires at least 5+ years in healthcare project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, PM, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices
