Terros Health is seeking a skilled Project Manager to direct and coordinate initiatives across departments within a healthcare delivery system. You will guide teams from planning through delivery to ensure alignment with strategic goals and quality standards.
The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder communication, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within scope. Collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders will be essential.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Guide teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more departments. Manage resources, schedules, and financials that adhere to quality control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. Cultivate and develop partnerships to enhance community benefit and support the community needs assessment findings. Responsible for establishing opportunities to further develop population health management partnerships and secure collaborative opportunities with the network community to address outreach strategy. Familiar with industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Project Management and diverse departments within a healthcare organization. This position reports to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager.
