Position Title: Non-technical Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager supports project teams and project leads by ensuring the delivery of tasks and deliverables according to project specifications, including budget, timelines, and scope. This role is highly cross-functional.

Project Execution:

  • Supports the integration lead by executing tasks/workstreams in line with expectations
  • Structures issues once identified, applying hypotheses and structuring problem-solving sessions
  • Prepares project plans with draft milestones and meets deadlines with support from the integration lead
  • Facilitates data gathering and notes from interviews with internal and external input providers
  • Demonstrates ability to structure and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses and supports development of recommendations
  • Prepares slides using structured communication approaches (e.g., top-down vs. bottom-up)
  • Creates project structure via minutes, schedules meetings, and ensures appropriate meeting cadence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial, economic, scientific, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus
  • Project and/or consulting experience is a plus
  • Good presentation skills
  • Aptitude for creating structured top-down written and oral communication
  • Good analytical visualization skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in improving speed and capabilities
  • Strong English skills (written and oral)
  • Flexible to work under tight deadlines and in changing circumstances
