Stantec seeks an Owner’s Representative at the Project Manager level to oversee healthcare projects on behalf of owners, located in Central and Eastern Long Island. Projects exceed $500M in total cost, with onsite supervision and a focus on schedule, budget, and quality.

Requirements include 7–10 years in related PM roles, knowledge of contracts, planning, and NY healthcare approvals; strong MS Office and scheduling software skills are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of experience.
• Experience as an Owner’s Representative in healthcare PM projects.
• Ability to read plans and specs and navigate preconstruction processes.
• Strong contract negotiation and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Healthcare-specific approvals (Certificate of Need, NY Article 28) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects valued over $100M, including renovations and new builds.
• Coordinate resources, develop schedules, and track budgets across all phases.
• Source and manage project teams via RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Oversee design, construction, occupancy, and closeout with client alignment.
• Monitor adherence to schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements.
• Administer contracts and invoices for the client.
• Provide proactive issue resolution and stakeholder updates.
