Stantec’s Healthcare practice seeks a client-facing Project Manager to lead high-profile healthcare projects in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. You will be the trusted day-to-day contact for clients, guide multidisciplinary teams, and shape transformational healthcare environments.

The role partners with principals to drive projects from pursuit through close-out, manage client relationships, strategy, scope, and fees, and oversee design to construction delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field; Registered Architect preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare project delivery.
• Experience with healthcare design, documentation, and regulations.

• Represent Stantec in client-facing role.
• Support Stantec values and maintain client relationships.
• Plan, organize, and direct work to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Lead project teams to meet budget, schedule, program, and design intent.
• Develop and manage project scope, fees, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, design reviews, and ISO9001 tasks.
• Collaborate with Principal, Account Manager, and Project Controls on scope and financials.
• Support business development and pursuit strategy.
