Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience at executive or senior project leadership level on large projects.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects in the $200M+ range is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of a $400M+ healthcare construction project.
• Lead the project from preconstruction through turnover.
• Serve as primary contact for owner, design team, consultants and stakeholders.
• Oversee PMs, superintendents, and project staff.
• Maintain accountability for financials, forecasting, schedule, quality, safety and execution.
• Drive procurement, subcontractor strategy, change management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop project teams with clear expectations.
