CSI Companies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a healthcare informatics team. This role partners closely with Clinical Informaticists, Nursing Informaticists, Medical Informaticists, and healthcare stakeholders to help coordinate projects, maintain documentation, track timelines, and support day-to-day project operations in a health system setting.

The ideal candidate excels at organization, communication, reporting, documentation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Project Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working within a healthcare organization, health system, hospital, or healthcare IT environment.
• Strong experience supporting project teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
• Experience creating reports, trackers, presentations, and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project activities, meetings, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and provide weekly status updates.
• Create, maintain, and organize project documentation.
• Support data collection, reporting, and information tracking.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and presentations.
• Partner with Clinical Informatics and Operational teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage action items, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with project planning, reporting, and operational support activities.
• Ensure project records and documentation remain current and accurate.
