Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support facility projects at an Inova clinic. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong communication and multitasking skills, capable of working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or related field required; healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA/CMS/Joint Commission).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management software (MS Project/Smartsheet/Procore).
• Ability to coordinate with clinical staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines for clinical projects, upgrades, installations and rollouts.
• Serve as liaison between administration, clinical departments, physicians, vendors and external agencies.
• Maintain records for regulatory requirements and audit materials; track trainings.
• Monitor budgets and POs for equipment and contractors.
• Identify healthcare-specific risks and escalate safety implications.
• Organize meetings with leadership and stakeholders; track action items.
• Ensure life safety, infection control, and CMS compliance in projects.
• Manage credentialing and permits for work in occupied facilities.
