Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, storage, cloud)
• Experience with project coordination tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are tracked
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling and executing infrastructure initiatives
• Act as liaison between technical teams and hospital stakeholders
• Track milestones, risks, issues and action items; provide status updates
• Assist with resource coordination including vendors and internal teams
• Maintain project documentation and reports
