Job summary

HOK New York is seeking a Project Manager for its Healthcare practice. In partnership with the Project Architect and Project Designer, you will be accountable for project financial performance and team communication, manage projects through all phases, and direct staff to ensure work aligns with budget, schedule, and design intent.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, client presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region.
• NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for project financial performance and team communication.
• Manage one or more projects through all project phases until completion.
• Direct employees and consultants to meet schedule, budget and design intent.
• Foster client relationships and coordinate with Project Architect and Project Designer.
• Utilize Deltek for work planning, budgeting, scheduling, and change notices.
