Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. in Houston seeks a Project Architect for its Healthcare practice. You will lead design, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with consultants through construction. The role requires a licensed architect with 5+ years of U.S. healthcare project experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with current registration in your region.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare project experience in the U.S.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage design through construction phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical documentation to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with consultants and disciplines to align deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and QA/QC processes.
• Oversee construction phase services and site reviews.
• Direct staff and mentor junior architects and technicians.
• Ensure BIM standards and data organization in files and sheets.
• Communicate design intent to client leadership and vendors.
• Support business development and client presentations.
