HOK is seeking a Project Architect for our Healthcare practice in Houston. You will manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, creative design and industry best practices while coordinating with Project Manager and Project Designer.

Responsibilities include leading technical documents, coordinating disciplines, and implementing construction phase services. Licensing, QA, mentoring, and sustainability are integral to the role in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent. (education requirement)
• 5+ years' experience on healthcare projects in the U.S. (experience)
• Licensed Architect with current registration. (credential)
• NCARB registration preferred. (credential preference)
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred. (green credential)

Responsabilidades

• Ensure design intent is incorporated into detailed documentation.
• Oversee design process from concept to construction administration.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications with teams and consultants.
• Lead QA/QC and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior staff and lead project teams.
• Participate in site visits and client communications.

Formação académica
