Job summary

Towson University invites applications for the Medical Program Manager & Instructor to lead healthcare workforce development programs including CCMA, EKG, and Phlebotomy. This role oversees labs, equipment, instructor recruitment, externships, and student success across programs.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience, and a relevant healthcare credential. Telework may be available up to two days per week after 90 days. Located on TU's Main Campus in Towson, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; teaching or workforce development experience preferred.
• Three years of experience required; strong organizational and project management skills.
• Current healthcare credential or certification relevant to the instructional area is required.
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard) and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and instructional leadership for healthcare instructional laboratories.
• Oversee instructor recruitment, support, and clinical externship partnerships.
• Manage equipment, inventory, and maintenance for labs and training devices.
• Develop and maintain course outlines, documentation, and alignment with certification standards.
• Support student success and program quality through data-driven improvements.
