Responsibilities

• Provide operational and instructional leadership for healthcare programs and instructors.
• Oversee laboratory, equipment, and resource management to support high-quality instruction.
• Develop, maintain, and evaluate course outlines and instructional documentation for certification standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate qualified clinical instructors and externship partners.
• Oversee externship operations and establish relationships with clinical partners to support student employment outcomes.
• Support student success, program quality, and strategic workforce initiatives through data and program evaluation.
• Deliver instructional activities up to 200 instructional hours annually and manage administrative requirements.
