Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support onboarding, credentialing, and client relations for the PACE program.

You will ensure caregivers are prepared, compliant, and supported while maintaining accurate records and timely communications. The role focuses on coordinating with caregivers, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality homecare services and meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative or client support experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff by addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver credentials, certifications, and licensures.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and assignment details clearly and promptly.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations.
• Act as liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal departments to ensure alignment.
