Job summary

Zeektek is seeking a 1-year contract program coordinator to support workforce development and academic partnerships within a healthcare system. This hands-on role focuses on logistics, data, and timelines for student training and clinical placement initiatives.

The position involves tracking metrics, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams and academic partners, and ensuring documentation accuracy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Hybrid work in Sacramento with some travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program coordination, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience with project management processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience supporting program operations, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data tracking/reporting tools.
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners (e.g., academic institutions).
• Experience with data entry, auditing, and maintaining program records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
