Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Project Coordinator to support diverse programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and keeping projects moving forward. The role provides organizational, communication, and operational support that drives efficiency for client programs and internal efforts.

The candidate will assist with meeting prep, timeline coordination, contract review, and stakeholder reporting, contributing to process improvements and revenue tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project coordination/administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with Workfront or similar PM tools is a plus.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical familiarity is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support meeting preparation and facilitation with clear agendas, notes, and tracked actions.
• Maintain cross-team communication and timelines, removing barriers to progress.
• Review contracts and internal docs to extract key details and align the team.
• Monitor task progress and flags risks, adjusting timelines as needed.
• Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and workflow enhancements.
