Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Program Account Director to lead and oversee complex healthcare programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. You will collaborate with Agency and MES Module Contractors to ensure seamless integration and program success.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-vendor projects, Medicaid certifications, and strong communication skills to manage clients and internal teams. Knowledge of HIPAA and PMO audits is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 8+ years managing multi-vendor projects or complex integrations.
• 4+ years with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit or similar certifications.
• Knowledge of MITA 3.0 and CMS Seven Standards and Conditions.
• PMP Certification or equivalent required.
• Experience with healthcare verticals and claims processing.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and drive project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex healthcare programs end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison with Agency for design, development, and certification.
• Manage CPMS contracts, deliverables, risk, issues, and decisions.
• Provide regular status reports and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and security rules.
• Monitor program performance metrics and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare documentation andattend monthly CAB meetings.
