Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Program Account Director to lead and oversee complex healthcare programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will play a key leadership role coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client expectations across multiple initiatives.

In this role you will engage with clients and stakeholders, manage scope, risks, and metrics, and uphold HIPAA and security/privacy rules while driving program success and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing multi-vendor projects or complex integrations.
• 4+ years with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit or similar.
• CMS standards familiarity and healthcare domain knowledge.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Strong presentations and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently solving complex problems.

Responsibilities
