Qualifications

• Current, active California RN or LVN license.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education, curriculum development, or academic program administration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing fundamentals and CDPH regulations.
• Experience coordinating regulatory submissions and inspections.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, healthcare administration, curriculum and instruction, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee CDPH regulatory oversight and communications for CNA and related programs.
• Develop and implement healthcare training curricula aligned with CDPH requirements.
• Coordinate program expansion, scheduling, and instructor resources.
• Prepare regulatory documentation, amendments, and responses for CDPH.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Ensure program documentation is complete and audit-ready.
