Job summary

Prosperity Training Center in Tulare, CA is seeking a Program & Curriculum Development Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of healthcare training programs. You will ensure CDPH compliance, coordinate formal approvals, and manage regulatory communications with CDPH.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, healthcare administration, curriculum and instruction, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education, curriculum development, or academic program administration.

Responsibilities

• CDPH regulatory oversight & communication with California Department of Public Health for CNA and other programs.
• Develop and implement new healthcare training programs and coordinate program schedules.
• Maintain curricula, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with CDPH requirements.
• Ensure regulatory documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for inspections.
• Provide instructors with standardized curriculum materials and assessment tools.
• Coordinate clinical training components and partnerships with healthcare employers.
• Track program outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Report status updates and regulatory actions to administration.
